Smile Hotel Sendai-Kokubuncho

I had trouble sleeping the first night. I was on the 9th floor. Some sort of air conditioning machine kept me up. The staff let me switch rooms. No fuss, no bother. So top marks for customer service. Would stay again but avoid 9th floor if you are a light sleeper.

Check In and out ,,fast and smoothly service staff is very enthusiastic service 👏

Good room although you can tell its age. 7-11 right below and directly next to the main shopping street.
