I had trouble sleeping the first night. I was on the 9th floor. Some sort of air conditioning machine kept me up. The staff let me switch rooms. No fuss, no bother. So top marks for customer service. Would stay again but avoid 9th floor if you are a light sleeper.

First time traveling to Sendai and it was a great stay. Check-in and out was easy and smooth! The pillows inside the room was a bit hard, but I asked the staff and got a fluffy one replaced right away! Overall, for one person, a room with all necessities at this price is such a deal.

The location was near all the shops, the staff spoke English somehow (enough to help me).

Good room although you can tell its age. 7-11 right below and directly next to the main shopping street.
